Yes, I agree with this. The one thing that I like about Opera is the favourite's thing whenever you open a new tab, although this just makes the application heavier.

I would agree that it is Epiphany, although Firefox is lightweight enough for me.

I'd say Seamonkey.

Swiftweasel (also pretty fast )

I would say epiphany, it shares the same engine as firefox (gecko) but is lighter weight.
Plus its plausible to use webkit in it, though that bit is still experimental.
kazehakase is another mozilla like browser

+10 to Seamonkey
I once had puppy linux running on an old 128MB RAM junk of my friend and believe me, seamonkey is FAST

Yeah, Seamonkey is wicked fast. I'm not a big fan of it though, because it feels like I'm using IE5. But that's just me.

id have to agree with the opera thought, its free enough and seems to manage more open tabs simultaniously by far than anything else so in some ways its light weight/reuses memory well, but for a single tab it uses more memory than a single tab in epiphany (not really used the other two)

Agree. Epiphany is lighter than Opera
